As we continue in John 20, let’s remember: the resurrection is not a side note to the Christian faith—it is its foundation.

Paul declares in 1 Corinthians 15:17:
“If Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins.”

If Jesus did not rise from the dead: His crucifixion means nothing., His teachings become speculation., His followers remain spiritually dead., But if He did rise, then all who believe in Him are forgiven, alive, and guaranteed eternal life.
