As we continue in John 20, let’s remember: the resurrection is not a side note to the Christian faith—it is its foundation.

Mary Magdalene is the first to witness the risen Jesus, yet she is gently rebuked for attempting to cling to Him.  Why would Jesus, who just conquered death, tell her not to touch Him?
